Albert Granger, DDS
Dr. Granger is a graduate of Howard University College of Dentistry class of 1987 and the post Graduate Endodontic program at Columbia University class of 1993. In 2007 he completed the Implant Maxi Course at the Medical College of Georgia.
Dr. Granger is very involved in the community and the dental society. He served as a City Councilman for the City of Glen Cove, N.Y. from 1994 to 2005 and presently serves on the Board of Trustees for Elizabethtown College and the NorthWell Hospital System. Dr Granger was President of the Nassau County Dental Society in 2012. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Dentists, the Academy of General Dentistry and the Pierre Fauchard Dental Honor Society. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the New York State and Nassau County Dental Societies the National Dental Association and the American Association of Endodontists.
Ashish Sahasra, DMD
Dr. Ashish Sahasra began his education by receiving his undergraduate degree in Microbiology from Cornell University. He continued his dental training by graduating cum laude from Harvard School of Dental Medicine. With a passion for endodontics, Dr. Sahasra completed his residency in Endodontics from New York University.
His work over the years has earned him honors in clinical research and community health promotion. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Nassau County Dental Society and the Greater Long Island Dental Meeting (GLIDM). Now, as a partner in Premier, Dr. Sahasra has dedicated his career to serving the community in which he has spent the majority of his life.
Rahul Gupta, DDS
Before joining Premier, Dr. Gupta established a strong reputation as a dentist in private practice in the New York and New Jersey area. He received his endodontic training at the Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, his DDS at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and his BS at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Gupta has performed research in the field of endodontics at Columbia University.
He is active in his community and has received numerous academic honors as well as having his research published.
Dr. Sleilati obtained his specialty certification in Endodontics from New York University. Prior to that he earned his dental degree from The University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Binghamton University. After finishing dental school he received further training in all aspects of dentistry by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the University of Rochester Eastman Dental Center. Dr. Sleilati then practiced as a general dentist before specializing in Endodontics. Dr. Sleilati is currently a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Endodontics, New York State Dental Association, and Nassau County Dental Society.
After practicing as a general dentist, Dr. Sleilati completed his Endodontic training at the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry.
Anthony Carter, DDS
Dr. Carter is a cum laude graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences. He went on to earn his dental degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. After dental school, Dr. Carter was commissioned as a Dental Corps Officer in the U.S. Air Force, and attended an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Keesler Air Force Base. After five years of honorable service, Dr. Carter decided to pursue his passion for endodontics. He received his endodontic training at the Department of Veteran Affairs program in Manhattan, where he operated as Chief Resident of the entire dental service. Dr. Carter is a Major in the New York Air National Guard, where he serves as Chief of Dental Services at the 106th Rescue Wing in Westhampton Beach, NY. Dr. Carter is skilled in a full range of endodontic procedures and he strives to make every patient feel at ease about root canal treatment.
