Dr. Emily Alper was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She received her undergraduate degree in Economics from Middlebury College.

Dr. Alper continued her education in Philadelphia where she earned a Doctorate in Dental Medicine. While at Penn, Dr. Alper was inducted as a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) Honor Society and Matthew Cryer Honor Society. She received the Louis Grossman Award in Endodontics.

Dr. Alper earned her Certificate in Endodontics and Masters in Dental Science from the University of Washington. Her master’s research thesis focused on cone-beam computed tomography in Endodontics.

Outside of the office, Dr. Alper enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, reality television, and playing with her Australian shepherd, Florence.
